TibRih Return Policy

At Tibrih, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in crafting luxurious, Zam Zam-infused perfumes, and we want you to be delighted with every purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been opened or used.

 

However, we gladly accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product remains sealed, unused, and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

 

  1. Contact us at support@tibrih.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.
  3. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Sale items marked as Final Sale

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
