1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Each perfume is freshly prepared before dispatch to maintain the highest quality and fragrance integrity.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if available).

 

2. UK Shipping

 

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom with the following options:

3. International Shipping


We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on destination.


Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


4. Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of ordering, please contact us at support@tibrih.com.


5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. TibRih is not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen parcels once marked as “Delivered” by the courier


If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
